The Parnell Family Eye Care project in South Point, Ohio demonstrates the type of hands-on leadership Adkins Construction Group brings to owner-side construction consulting. Serving as Project Manager and Estimator, Sean Adkins coordinated the project from preconstruction through completion, working closely with the owner, design team, subcontractors, and lender to keep the project moving forward while protecting the owner's interests.

This experience included budget development, cost control, contractor coordination, schedule management, construction oversight, lender reporting, and project closeout. The result was a successful medical office that met the owner's goals while maintaining accountability throughout every phase of construction.
