Sean Adkins brings more than 36 years of construction experience spanning field operations, estimating, project management, construction management, owner's representation, and executive leadership. His career includes healthcare, higher education, public safety, government, institutional, commercial, and federal construction projects throughout West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio
Sean works directly with owners, institutions, lenders, and project teams to provide strategic guidance, construction oversight, construction analysis , and independent owner representation. His focus is simple—deliver practical solutions, communicate honestly, and help clients make informed decisions throughout every stage of construction
