Public safety facility supporting Putnam County’s 911 and emergency management operations in Winfield, West Virginia. The project included a new emergency services center with space for emergency operations, training, administrative offices, and emergency management support functions.

Project responsibilities included estimating and project management as part of Hager Construction LLC’s project team, supporting construction-phase coordination, scope review, cost tracking, and delivery of a specialized public safety facility serving Putnam County.

Putnam County emergency services storage and vehicle maintenance building with county signage, EMS vehicles, and paved parking area.
PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY SUPPORTING PUTNAM COUNTY’S 911 AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS IN WINFIELD, WEST VIRGINIA. THE PROJECT INCLUDED A NEW EMERGENCY SERVICES CENTER WITH SPACE FOR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS, TRAINING, AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES.
