Performed estimating and project management for the renovation of the Marshall University President’s House in Huntington, West Virginia. Historically known as the Campbell-Staats House, the 1923 residence is a prominent Neoclassical and Greek Revival property within the Ritter Park Historic District. The project included interior renovations, kitchen and bath improvements, accessibility and code-related upgrades, and preservation-sensitive coordination within a highly visible university residence used for official functions and events. The renovations helped modernize the facility while respecting the character, craftsmanship, and historic significance of the property.
