Performed project management and estimating for the construction of the Crum Public Service District Office Facility in Crum, West Virginia.

The project was developed to provide modern administrative offices and customer service functions supporting utility operations throughout the district. The facility included administrative offices, meeting spaces, customer service areas, site development, accessibility improvements, and supporting infrastructure enhancements.

Construction required coordination with USDA Rural Development funding requirements, utility providers, design professionals, and local stakeholders to successfully deliver the project.
